The PCE-VD 3 is a compact, light-weight vibration recorder that measures and records three axis acceleration with a measurement range of ±16 g per axis and accuracy of ±0.5 g. It has 8Mbit of memory and can hold up to 168,042 normal measuring mode records or 112,028 motion detection records. The recorder is programmed easily through the included software via USB to computer connection. Recorded data is sent to a computer via the USB port.

The PCE-VD 3 vibration recorder can be placed almost anywhere due to its robust, magnetic bracket. Due to its small size and light weight, the vibration recorder can be used for many different applications, such as shipment control, sports, medicine, endurance testing, or for any application requiring the recording of movements of 1 to 3 axes.
