Weller® Xcelite® Slim Line 4" Tapered Head Cutter is a diagonal electronic cutting plier ESD safe and used for flush cutting, with blue cushion grips for soft copper wire up to 22 AWG(.025"). These Xcelite tools are investment cast and machined to close tolerances. All tools come with return coil spring in head and soft vinyl grip handles.
