When the precise application of hot air is required, PACE's TJ-85 ThermoJet Slim-Line Hot Air Pencil is ideal for delivering convective heat for the installation and removal of chip components, SOTs, and SOICs, from large SMDs down to the smallest 0201s. The handpiece's slim line, pencil grip design maximizes operator comfort and control. Also useful for conformal coating removal via spot heating of coating which softens adhesives, urethanes and epoxies. Multiple quick-change nozzle sizes are available.
